We have been honored to illustrate Feed Me for CodeSpeak Labs, an organization that partners with schools to bring coding education to their students.
Feed Me is a children’s book about coding languages. The way in which the story is written, the languages were symbolized as cookies , while the monster character is a computer program that requires various languages. Through out the story, the reader is instructed to feed the monster these languages,

The illustrations are kept simple to allow more typographic expression. This leads to better engagement by the readers of the story.

To not overwhelm the young readers, the illustrations were displayed only what was necessary.

All the design to the monster was kept to the face. This gave us full control to be able to give the monster various expressions.
